What the project is designed to do
An independent bilingual childcare portfolio experience combining public program information, a privacy-minimized tour preview, a bounded content guide, and a protected synthetic director workflow.
Families can switch languages, explore programs and daily experience, prepare a three-step tour preview, and follow the official City of Ottawa Registry boundary.
The director demonstration uses fictional inquiries, schedules, notes, staff, settings, and reviewed FAQ proposals; no request is submitted to a childcare operator.

Problem
What needed to change
Phone-and-email-only tour discovery and an earlier blank route made it difficult to understand programs, next steps, and the distinction between a digital preview and Ottawa's official childcare process.
