Nordly Home Market

A multi-surface furniture marketplace demonstration for customers, vendors, and operators.

Nordly Home Market storefront with furniture categories and shopping entry points

Overview

What the project is designed to do

An original IKEA-inspired fictional marketplace unifying a customer storefront, vendor studio, and admin console while keeping cart, order, and moderation changes in browser storage.

Customers browse rooms and products, compare offers, save favourites, build a multi-vendor cart, and complete local-only checkout.

Vendor and admin surfaces use fictional products, inventory, applications, orders, commissions, and settings without real commerce.

Problem

What needed to change

Marketplace prototypes often show only the storefront and leave customer, vendor, and operator relationships unexplained.

Solution

How the release responds

Use one fictional catalogue and consistent rules across three surfaces without pretending to operate commerce.
