Overview
What the project is designed to do
A fictional Canadian property discovery and planning demo with search, shortlists, comparisons, budget education, visit reminders, and a local owner studio without presenting itself as a brokerage.
The customer experience spans twelve property pages, detailed filters, saved homes, comparison, deterministic Home Match, and inquiry preparation.
Owner Studio keeps fictional listing drafts and synthetic inquiry state in the browser and never publishes, uploads, books, or sends anything.
Problem
What needed to change
Property demos often blur discovery software with regulated brokerage, booking, lending, or property-management services.
