An independent salon portfolio demonstration connecting service and stylist discovery, guided consultation and group requests, a bounded concierge, and a read-only synthetic staff studio.
Visitors can explore services and stylists, prepare a progressively enhanced three-step consultation, or start a bridal and group request without creating an account or claiming an appointment.
A separate Salon Studio previews inquiry, handoff, client, content, analytics, and AI-review workflows with synthetic records and clearly disabled production integrations.

Implementation
How it was built

Next.js App Router and React compose public, staff, and API route groups.

Native Server Actions use shared Zod validation, honeypots, same-origin checks, idempotency, and explicit consent versioning.

The optional OpenAI path is server-only, source-bounded, tool-free, and replaced by deterministic fail-closed responses when unavailable.
